Buy outright (lifetime licence): full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Subscriptions (monthly or yearly): full refund of your first payment within 30 days. Cancel any time from the subscription page (sign in with the email you bought with). Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Later renewals aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
How to ask: reply to your receipt email, or email [contact email] with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
On refund, the licence key is deactivated and saving G-code, DXF files and plans stops.
Your rights: this doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law (for example in the EU or UK).
